stupid me,shouldnt let my own problem affects everything.stop my TTM illness!should look @the big picture now.everybody's attitude not so good today, i hope i wont see it during the next training.we're one family okay.you should know who you are la.mm, just take it as both side are at fault?chill people.let's just forget what had happened today uh.we,trainers have our reason to do all these things.trust us,we didnt purposely 'shout' or whatsoever bullshit to you people just because we hate you or something.let's put an end to this,right?and and and to my dears,let's stay strong together.we have been through thin and thick,so i'm sure this time we can pass this obstacle.

lastly,very very sorry to you.actually i knew that when we like sat down and eat?just that i dont bother about it.i remember i mention to you before in msn, er something like everything is different now.rthe people suppose to be there and all the joy and laughter are missing that kind of things.this is what i meant,i have realise it long ago.so it's not you who is asking too much or something.
